LOCATION: New Delhi

EXPERIENCE: 2 to 5 Years

BAND: BPO 2 / 3

SALARY: Up to 9 LPA

WORK SETUP: Onsite

WORK SHIFT: Night Shift - Rotational 5:00 PM to 2:30 AM and 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

INDUSTRY: Procurement / Supply Chain / BPO

*JOB PURPOSE:*

Provide effective Italian language support for procurement operations on behalf of TCS, ensuring alignment with client legal and statutory requirements, company processes, and Service Level Agreements.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

*Delivery*

- Primary skill: Italian language proficiency for reading, understanding, and communicating business/process information

- Process procurement requests PR/SC and support Purchase Order PO creation by interpreting Italian inputs

- Perform due diligence, validation checks, and ensure timely delivery within SLAs

- Monitor productivity daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure accuracy and SLA compliance

- Support process improvement initiatives

- Adhere to SOPs, training manuals, and quality compliance for all deliverables

*Business Partnership*

- Foster effective communication within the team

- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Support Italian language communication for operational queries and clarifications

- Attend weekly calls with client local teams as required

*Domain-Specific*

- Basic understanding of procurement process cycle and supply chain operations

- Handle customer and third-party stakeholder queries

- Follow up on open items for timely closure

- Adhere to escalation matrix for unresolved items

- Perform peer-to-peer quality checks to minimize errors

*REQUIRED SKILLS:*

- Proficiency in Italian - Written and Verbal

- Basic knowledge of Procurement Operations and Supply Chain Operations

- Experience in PR/SC processing and PO creation support preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Good understanding of customer quality and productivity expectations
