Procurement Operations – Italian Language Specialist


Location: New Delhi

Experience: 2–5 Years

Employment Type: Permanent

Shift: Night Shift


Job Overview


We are hiring a Procurement Operations – Italian Language Specialist to support global procurement operations. The ideal candidate should have strong Italian language proficiency and experience in procurement or supply chain operations. This role involves processing procurement requests, supporting purchase order activities, validating business information, and ensuring compliance with client processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).


Key Responsibilities




  • Provide Italian language support for procurement operations.


  • Read, understand, and communicate procurement-related information in Italian.


  • Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and support Purchase Order (PO) creation.


  • Perform validation and due diligence checks on procurement requests.


  • Ensure procurement transactions are processed accurately within defined SLAs.


  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and global stakeholders to resolve operational queries.


  • Maintain quality standards, productivity, and process compliance.


  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and organizational guidelines.


  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.


  • Participate in client meetings and business discussions when required.


Required Skills




  • Proficiency in Italian (reading, writing, and speaking).


  • 2–5 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Supply Chain, or Shared Services.


  • Basic understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain processes.


  • Experience with Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processing.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.


  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.


  • Experience supporting international procurement operations is preferred.


  • Knowledge of procurement compliance and quality processes will be an added advantage.
