Role: Procurement Operations – Portuguese Resource

Shift: Night Shift (Rotational)

Key Responsibilities

Provide Portuguese language support for procurement operations.
Read, interpret, and communicate business and process-related information in Portuguese.
Process procurement requests while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Perform due diligence and validation of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Shopping Cart (SC) requests.
Support Purchase Order (PO) creation and procurement activities.
Monitor productivity and ensure quality compliance.
Resolve stakeholder queries and follow up on pending requests.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, including attending business calls when required.
Follow standard operating procedures and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Requirements

2–5 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in Portuguese (reading, writing, and communication)

Basic knowledge of:

Procurement Operations
Supply Chain Operations
Purchase Requisition (PR) and Shopping Cart (SC) processing
Purchase Order (PO) support

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to meet productivity and quality targets

Willingness to work rotational night shifts:

5:00 PM – 2:30 AM
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
