Procurement Operations – Russian Language Expert
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1–4 Years
Shift: Flexible to work in shifts – 5:00 PM–2:30 AM / 10:00 PM–7:00 AM
Job Overview
We are looking for a Russian Language Expert to support procurement operations. The role involves handling Russian-language requests, supporting procurement and supply chain processes, ensuring SLA and quality adherence, and coordinating with customers and stakeholders.
Education
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)
Key Skills
Russian Language Proficiency – Read, understand and communicate process-related information
Basic knowledge of Procurement & Supply Chain Operations
Understanding of PR/SC handling and PO creation support
MS Office proficiency
Customer Quality & Productivity awareness
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities
Provide Russian-language support for procurement operations.
Receive and review PR/SC requests and support PO creation.
Interpret Russian-language inputs and communicate relevant information accurately.
Process requests while maintaining accuracy, productivity and SLA adherence.
Ensure products and requests are processed within defined timelines.
Handle customer and third-party stakeholder queries.
Follow up on open items and adhere to the defined escalation matrix.
Perform peer-to-peer quality checks to minimize processing errors.
Follow standard operating procedures, training manuals and quality guidelines.
Identify and support implementation of process improvements.
Maintain effective communication and business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in client calls and business communications as required.
Monitor daily, weekly and monthly productivity and quality metrics.
Comply with internal requirements and complete assigned activities within deadlines.
Maintain personal development plans in coordination with the immediate supervisor.
