Project Manager – Hotel Reservations & OTA Integrations | Mumbai | Up to ₹12 LPA

Lead Strategic Hospitality & Reservations Projects
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive hotel reservations, system migrations, OTA onboarding, and cross-functional transformation projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in hospitality technology, hotel operations, distribution, or travel & tourism who have successfully managed end-to-end projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end system migration projects, ensuring seamless implementation with minimal business disruption.
Lead hotel onboarding by coordinating with Technology, Distribution, Sales, Reservations, and Hotel Operations teams.
Oversee Online Travel Agency (OTA) onboarding and integrations, ensuring accurate configuration and successful go-live.
Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Monitor revenue performance and operational KPIs, providing insights on trends, risks, and business opportunities.
Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, project trackers, and leadership presentations.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal business units and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain project governance, documentation, action logs, RAID logs, and status reports.
Drive stakeholder accountability through proactive follow-ups and issue resolution.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Mandatory
8–10 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or PMO roles.
Proven experience managing system migrations, hotel onboarding, OTA integrations, or hospitality technology projects.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating multiple cross-functional teams.
Excellent project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret revenue, operational, and performance data.
Experience preparing executive dashboards, project reports, business reviews, and leadership presentations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred
Experience in the Hospitality, Hotel, Travel, Tourism, or Reservations industry.
Working knowledge of:
Hotel Reservation Systems
Property Management Systems (PMS)
Channel Managers
OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb)
Hotel Distribution Systems
Experience managing technology implementation or digital transformation projects.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or other Project Management certifications are an advantage.
