Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee system migrations, hotel onboarding, OTA integrations, and cross-functional project execution. The role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to drive project milestones in a structured and timely manner. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with multiple internal teams, tracking revenue and performance metrics, and preparing leadership-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end system migration activities, ensuring smooth transition, timely execution, and minimal business disruption.

 Coordinate new hotel onboarding across multiple functions, including Technology, Distribution, Sales, and Hotel Operations teams.

 Oversee OTA onboarding and integration processes, ensuring accurate setup, alignment, and timely go-live.

 Track revenue performance, monitor key business metrics, and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.

 Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations to support business reviews and decision-making.

 Act as a cross-functional liaison between Technology, Distribution, Sales, Hotel teams, and other relevant stakeholders.

 Ensure timely completion of project milestones, proactively identify delays, and provide regular stakeholder updates.

 Maintain structured project documentation, trackers, action logs, and status reports.

 Drive follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accountability and closure of open items.

 Support process improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps and recommending practical solutions.

Required Skills and Competencies

 Strong project management and execution skills with attention to detail.

 Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities.

 Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and dependencies in a dynamic environment.

 Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret revenue and performance data.

 Proficiency in preparing business reports, dashboards, trackers, and leadership presentations.

 Good communication skills with the ability to present updates clearly and professionally.

 Problem-solving approach with the ability to identify risks and drive timely resolution.

 Working knowledge of hotel systems, OTA platforms, distribution channels, or hospitality operations will be an added advantage.

Salary: Up to 12LPA

PAN and DOB are required for profile creation
