We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee system migrations, hotel onboarding, OTA integrations, and cross-functional project execution. The role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to drive project milestones in a structured and timely manner. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with multiple internal teams, tracking revenue and performance metrics, and preparing leadership-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end system migration activities, ensuring smooth transition, timely execution, and minimal business disruption.
Coordinate new hotel onboarding across multiple functions, including Technology, Distribution, Sales, and Hotel Operations teams.
Oversee OTA onboarding and integration processes, ensuring accurate setup, alignment, and timely go-live.
Track revenue performance, monitor key business metrics, and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations to support business reviews and decision-making.
Act as a cross-functional liaison between Technology, Distribution, Sales, Hotel teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
Ensure timely completion of project milestones, proactively identify delays, and provide regular stakeholder updates.
Maintain structured project documentation, trackers, action logs, and status reports.
Drive follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accountability and closure of open items.
Support process improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps and recommending practical solutions.
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong project management and execution skills with attention to detail.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and dependencies in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret revenue and performance data.
Proficiency in preparing business reports, dashboards, trackers, and leadership presentations.
Good communication skills with the ability to present updates clearly and professionally.
Problem-solving approach with the ability to identify risks and drive timely resolution.
Working knowledge of hotel systems, OTA platforms, distribution channels, or hospitality operations will be an added advantage.
PAN and DOB are required for profile creation
