Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Reservations to lead system migration projects, hotel onboarding, OTA integrations, and cross-functional project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, stakeholder coordination, analytical, and reporting skills to ensure seamless project delivery and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end system migration projects with minimal business disruption.
Coordinate new hotel onboarding with Technology, Distribution, Sales, and Hotel Operations teams.
Oversee OTA onboarding and integration activities, ensuring timely and accurate go-live.
Track revenue performance, business KPIs, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare reports, dashboards, project trackers, and leadership presentations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and dependencies while driving timely completion.
Maintain project documentation, action logs, and status reports.
Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
Ensure effective communication and regular project updates to stakeholders.

Eligibility
8–10 years of relevant project management experience.
Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, OTA platforms, or distribution systems is preferred.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
