Job Title: PTP Invoice Processing Analyst
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 1–7 Years
Band: BPO 1/2/3
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA
Job Overview
We are hiring PTP Invoice Processing Analysts with experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable operations. Candidates should have knowledge of Indian accounting, GST, TDS, invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and ERP tools such as SAP, VIM, or Oracle.
Key Responsibilities
Process PO and Non-PO invoices and verify supporting documents.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
Handle accounts payable, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation.
Monitor payment ageing, TAT, and operational reports.
Support month-end closing, audit documentation, and compliance.
Use Excel and ERP systems to improve process efficiency.
Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
P2P / Accounts Payable operations
PO and Non-PO invoice processing
GST, TDS, and Indian accounting
SAP, VIM, Oracle, or similar ERP tools
MS Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and reporting
Vendor reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
Qualification: B.Com (Hons.), M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or ICWA/CMA Inter.
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office, Kolkata; flexibility to work in a 24×7 environment is required.
