Are you an experienced Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Purchase Order (PO) Processing professional looking for your next career move? Join a leading global organization where you'll play a key role in managing end-to-end procurement operations while collaborating with international stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Process Purchase Orders (POs), including creation, amendments, and closures with a high level of accuracy.
Ensure all procurement activities are completed within agreed SLAs, quality standards, and company policies.
Coordinate with business users, procurement teams, vendors, and Accounts Payable (AP) teams to resolve PO-related queries.
Manage stakeholder communication independently, providing timely updates and issue resolution.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval workflows, and audit requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes.
What We're Looking For
2–7 years of experience in Procurement, Purchase Order Processing, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
3–5 years of hands-on Procurement/P2P experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Purchase Order (PO) processing and procurement workflows.
Experience with SAP, JD Edwards (JDE), or similar ERP systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.
Willingness to work ANZ shifts and from the office 5 days a week.
