Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to manage quality checks, internal quality control reviews, audit compliance, and MIS reporting across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions. The candidate will support month-end and quarter-end closing activities, monitor SLAs and KPIs, coordinate with global stakeholders, and drive continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks across Finance & Accounts functions, including Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Record-to-Report (RTR), Payroll, Project Costing, Treasury, Tax, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

• Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger teams during month-end and quarter-end closing activities.

• Conduct internal quality control reviews, compliance verification, approval checks, and process audits.

• Review SOX reports and ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies.

• Support statutory audits, internal audits, and GFC compliance requirements.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to SLAs, KPIs, quality performance, and operational metrics.

• Prepare governance presentations and reporting decks for business reviews.

• Coordinate with clients and global stakeholders to discuss SLA/KPI performance, escalations, and improvement plans.

• Organize periodic training sessions to communicate updates in accounting policies, procedures, and customer-specific requirements.

• Identify process gaps, recommend corrective actions, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

• Support transformation projects and process standardization across Finance & Accounts operations.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of quality reviews and reporting deliverables.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounts processes, including AP, AR, GL, PTP, OTC, and RTR.

• Experience in quality control, quality assurance, and finance process audits.

• Knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit procedures.

• Excellent MIS reporting and data analysis skills.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good understanding of ERP systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate with global teams.

• Results-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

Education and Experience

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, quality control, MIS reporting, or finance operations.

• Experience in audit reviews, compliance checks, and SLA/KPI reporting is preferred.
