Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

⏰ Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 3:30 AM)

Experience: 4–7 Years

Qualification: B.Com / MBA

Band: BPO 3

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

- General Accounting (R2R/GL)

- Journal Entries & Ledger Postings

- Balance Sheet Reconciliation

- Fixed Assets Accounting

- Accounting-to-Fixed Assets Transfer

- Lease Accounting

- Month-End Close

- Team Management (10+ members)

- Client Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end R2R, GA & Fixed Assets operations.

- Handle period-end close and book closure.

- Ensure accurate GL postings and reconciliations.

- Manage fixed asset records and lease reporting.

- Monitor SLAs, controls and SOX compliance.

- Handle client escalations and stakeholder meetings.

- Lead, train and mentor team members.

- Drive process improvements and quality delivery.

- Oracle

- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint

- Transition experience

- Global stakeholder management

- Experience managing 15–20 associates.
