Salary: Up to ₹20 LPA
Role Summary
Lead sourcing strategy and commercial management for real estate and workplace-related categories, including leased spaces, facilities services, fit-outs, maintenance, utilities, and associated service providers, while ensuring value delivery, governance, and operational continuity.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Preferred: Certifications in Procurement, Facilities Management, or Project Management.
Experience Required
10+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Commercial roles.
Significant exposure to Real Estate, Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Capital Projects, or Property-related spend.
Strong experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute category strategies across real estate and workplace-related spend categories.
Lead sourcing initiatives for leased properties, facilities management, fit-outs, maintenance services, utilities, and related categories.
Manage supplier identification, RFx processes, commercial evaluations, negotiations, supplier selection, and contracting.
Collaborate with Facilities, Operations, Finance, Legal, Workplace Services, and Project teams to define sourcing requirements.
Support site selection, lease negotiations, service contracts, and supplier governance activities.
Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, commercial benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.
Drive supplier performance reviews, service-level governance, and issue resolution.
Deliver cost savings, demand optimization, contract value realization, and risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.
Mentor team members and support process standardization, reporting, and sourcing best practices.
