Role/Skill: Real Estate Sourcing Specialist

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2-7 Years

Band: BPO 2/3

Salary: up to 9 LPA

Role Summary:

Support execution of sourcing and procurement activities for real estate and workplace-related categories by coordinating sourcing events, supplier interactions,

documentation, commercial analysis, and follow-through on service and contract requirements.

Experience:

5–10 years in sourcing, procurement, facilities procurement, workplace services procurement, real estate operations support, or related commercial roles.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

 Execute sourcing events for assigned real estate and facilities categories,

including supplier outreach, bid comparison, and commercial evaluation support.

 Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather scope, technical requirements, service levels, site details, and budget expectations.

 Support supplier onboarding, contract documentation, approvals, and

compliance checks for real estate and workplace-related engagements.

 Maintain sourcing records, supplier information, commercial files, and contract

trackers in line with governance requirements.

 Track milestones, renewals, service issues, and supplier commitments to

support operational continuity and timely action.

 Analyze spend, pricing, and supplier performance data to identify opportunities for savings and process improvement.

 Assist in negotiations, supplier review meetings, and follow-up on corrective actions or service escalations.

 Work with procurement operations, finance, legal, and facilities teams to resolve sourcing, ordering, invoicing, or contract administration issues.

 Ensure sourcing execution complies with internal policies, approval controls, documentation standards, and audit expectations.
