We’re hiring a Record to Report (RTR) Process Lead for a global finance and accounting operations team. This role is ideal for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong RTR, month-end close, IFRS/GAAP, SAP/Oracle, and BPO or captive finance operations experience.
Experience: 5-10 Years
Salary: Up to 12 LPA
What You’ll Do
* Lead Record to Report (RTR) operations including journals, bank reconciliations, reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations
* Manage month-end close, book close, trial balance review, variance analysis, and financial reporting
* Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, accounting standards, and internal controls
* Review complex accounting activities and support business review meetings
* Drive SLA tracking, reporting, quality improvements, and corrective/preventive actions
* Work with SAP, Oracle, and balance sheet reconciliation tools such as BlackLine or Trintech
* Coordinate with UK stakeholders and support cross-functional finance operations
* Mentor team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
* 5-10 years of relevant experience in an MNC, BPO, or captive finance environment
* Strong expertise in RTR, financial reporting, IFRS, GAAP, and accounting standards
* Hands-on experience with SAP or Oracle ERP
* Experience with BlackLine, Trintech, or similar reconciliation tools
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Team management experience is an advantage
