Job Title: RTR GL Manager

Location: Chennai

Experience: 10–15 Years

Shift: 12:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night/Rotational Shift)

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced RTR GL Manager to lead Record-to-Report (R2R) and General Ledger (GL) operations. The role involves managing end-to-end R2R processes, handling client escalations, leading teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) operations.
Oversee General Ledger (GL) accounting activities.
Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with upstream and downstream stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational KPIs.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR)-related activities.
Track budget expenses and maintain financial accuracy.
Build and maintain healthy vendor relationships.
Ensure process compliance and continuous improvement.
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Lead and mentor finance operations teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
General Ledger (GL) expertise.
Experience managing client escalations.
ERP experience (Oracle preferred).
Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
