Job title : RTR – Lead
Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced RTR – Lead with strong expertise in Finance & Accounting and Record-to-Report (R2R) activities. The candidate will be responsible for General Ledger activities, month-end close, balance sheet analysis, complex accounting, reporting, open-item resolution, client interactions, SLA adherence, and process improvement.
Experience : 5–8 years

Key Responsibilities :
Handle and review General Ledger and R2R activities.
Review month-end close functions and perform balance sheet analysis.
Prepare and review complex journal entries, including revenue recognition.
Prepare reports and dashboards and perform daily reporting.
Resolve open items within defined timelines.
Participate in month-end close meetings with the retained team.
