RTR - Lead

Location: Chennai
Experience: 5–8 Years
Process: FAO – R2R

Job Description

Manage and review RTR / R2R and General Ledger (GL) activities.
Handle month-end close functions and Balance Sheet analysis.
Review complex journal entries, including Revenue Recognition.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and resolve open items.
Participate in month-close meetings and governance calls with the client.
Ensure SLA adherence and effective process delivery.
Train and support team members.
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Work with ERP systems such as Oracle; experience with Oracle is preferred.
Track budget expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
Maintain healthy vendor relationships and ensure timely issue resolution.

Candidate Requirements

5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in GL/RTR activities.
Strong knowledge of core accounting, Balance Sheet, month-end close, and complex accounting.
Experience in AR activities is required.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good customer service and listening skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently.
Experience in process improvement projects is preferred.
Willingness to work from office and in night/rotational shifts.
