Sales and Radio Ad Operations
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3–5 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales and Radio Ad Operations professional with experience in campaign management, ad scheduling, trafficking, and broadcast operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of advertising campaigns across linear TV/radio or broadcast media.
Key Responsibilities
Manage trafficking and delivery of creative advertising assets.
Ensure advertisements meet technical specifications, broadcast standards, and client requirements.
Schedule and place ads accurately according to campaign parameters.
Perform quality checks to prevent overbooking, duplication, and incorrect placements.
Troubleshoot traffic and scheduling issues with broadcast operations teams.
Manage last-minute schedule changes and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Optimize schedules to maximize campaign reach and minimize wastage.
Accommodate breaking news, special programming, and other schedule disruptions.
Prepare post-campaign reports covering audience delivery, compliance, reach, and performance.
Analyze campaign trends and recommend improvements to maximize client ROI.
Maintain proper documentation and support knowledge sharing.

Experience with traffic management systems such as IBMS, Aquira, or similar tools.
Good understanding of Media / Broadcasting operations.
Experience with Linear TV / Radio / Digital Broadcasting environments.
Ability to manage high-volume campaigns and resolve complex scheduling challenges.
Experience & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in campaign management, traffic coordination, or ad scheduling within linear TV, radio, or broadcast media.
Proven experience handling high-volume advertising campaigns.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
