Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Process Associate / SME – FP&A to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FP&A, financial reporting, Oracle ERP, Hyperion, and advanced Excel. You will work closely with business stakeholders to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and prepare management reports.
Develop financial models and dashboards for business performance tracking.
Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Work with Oracle ERP, Hyperion, and Power BI for reporting and planning.
Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely financial reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Collaborate with business teams to improve financial planning processes.
Assist in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and reporting standards.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3).
CPA, CFA, or MBA is an added advantage.
4–8 years of relevant FP&A or Financial Analysis experience.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
