About the Role
We're hiring an experienced Senior Transition Manager with expertise in US Healthcare BPO Transitions, Transition Management, Program Management, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Client Management, and Healthcare Operations. This role is ideal for professionals who have successfully led end-to-end transitions of US Healthcare processes, including Claims Adjudication, Appeals, and Benefit Configuration, while driving operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end transition programs for US Healthcare BPO operations from planning through successful go-live.
Manage multiple transition projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery with zero critical escalations.
Develop transition strategies, governance frameworks, project plans, and risk mitigation plans.
Partner with clients, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
Drive stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication throughout the transition lifecycle.
Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using standardized dashboards and reporting.
Utilize Business Intelligence and Analytics to measure transition performance and support data-driven decisions.
Ensure compliance with project governance, quality standards, and business objectives.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transition methodologies and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Overall 15+ years of experience in Business Development, Operations, or Healthcare BPO.
Minimum 3+ years of experience leading US Healthcare BPO transitions.
Hands-on experience transitioning Claims Adjudication, Appeals, and Benefit Configuration processes.
Strong expertise in Transition Management, Program Management, and Change Management.
Experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Visualization, and Executive Reporting.
Strong stakeholder, client, and cross-functional team management skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Graduate in any discipline.

Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)
15+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 3+ years in US Healthcare BPO Transition Management is mandatory.
Hands-on experience transitioning Claims Adjudication, Appeals, and Benefit Configuration processes is required.
Strong experience in Transition Management, Stakeholder Management, Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Visualization is mandatory.
Graduation is mandatory.
