Spanish Customer Service Associate – Finance & Accounting Support
Chennai / Mumbai / Bangalore (Bangalore urgent) | BPO 3 | 3–6 Years Experience
About the Role
Your Spanish fluency opens doors—literally. We’re looking for a bilingual Spanish-English Customer Service professional to support our global finance and accounting operations. You’ll handle email-based invoice processing, coordinate approvals with Spanish-speaking clients, and help resolve purchase order issues by engaging directly with business stakeholders across AP, AR, and R2R teams. This role puts your language skills at the centre of critical financial workflows, giving you exposure to international processes and the chance to grow within a stable, high-performing environment. The position is open across Chennai, Mumbai, and Bangalore, with an urgent need in Bangalore—so if you’re ready to relocate or already based there, we want to talk.
What You’ll Do
Email-Based Processing & Approvals: Work on incoming emails in Spanish and English, post invoices for approval, and assist Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Record-to-Report teams in obtaining the necessary sign-offs to process invoices smoothly.
Client Coordination: Support remote migration processes for AP, AR, and R2R functions by communicating directly with Spanish-speaking clients—translating, interpreting, and handling their queries with professionalism and accuracy.
Issue Resolution: Examine and resolve purchase order-related discrepancies by engaging with business stakeholders in Spanish, ensuring timely and accurate closure of outstanding items.
Dual-Language Support: Provide seamless assistance to both Spanish- and English-speaking stakeholders, switching between languages effortlessly to bridge communication gaps.
Documentation & Follow-Up: Maintain clear, well-documented email trails and process updates, ensuring compliance and transparency at every step.
What You’ll Bring
Language Proficiency: B1/B2 level (minimum B2 preferred) in Spanish with strong comprehension and the ability to translate, interpret, and handle inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients confidently.
Communication Skills: Good oral and written communication in both Spanish and English—you can craft clear, professional emails and hold your own in phone or written conversations.
Experience: 3–6 years of relevant experience in a customer service or back-office environment; prior exposure to finance and accounting (AP, AR, R2R) is a strong advantage, but not mandatory—your Spanish skills are the priority.
Tech Comfort: Working knowledge of MS Office; Oracle exposure is an added plus.
Educational Requirement: Graduation is compulsory.

Spanish proficiency must be clearly mentioned on your CV; profiles without “Spanish” stated will not be considered.
Candidates not currently based in Bangalore or Chennai should be willing to relocate, with a particular urgency for Bangalore-based joiners. The Mumbai role requires only Spanish customer service skills—finance/accounting knowledge is not necessary there.
