Must-Have Skills

  Fluency in Spanish.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  2–4 years of experience in payroll processing, payroll systems, or HRIS platforms such as ADP, Paychex, SAP, Workday, or similar.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Knowledge of Spanish taxation (IRPF), Seguridad Social contributions, statutory benefits, and collective bargaining agreements (Convenios).
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing and employee query resolution.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
  
  
  Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees as per the payroll calendar.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Review timekeeping records, payroll adjustments, and employee changes.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and taxes accurately.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Maintain payroll records in compliance with statutory and country-specific regulations.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Resolve employee payroll queries and discrepancies within deadlines.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Coordinate with HR on new hires, terminations, benefits, and employee updates.
  
  
  
  

Good to Have

• 
  
  
  
  Multicountry payroll experience covering the US, Canada, UK, Switzerland, Malaysia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, or other countries.
