We are on hunt for Indian Senior HR Recruiters for Gratitude India (Mumbai).
Location: Spectrum Tower , 5th Floor , Malad West, Ahead of Infinity Mall , Mumbai
Work set up: Onsite
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM)
Salary offer: 21,000 INR + Incentives
QUALIFICATIONS
- College graduate of any course, preferably in HR field
- With at least 1 year external Recruitment experience
- Has profound experience in external Recruitment
- Has strong sourcing and communication skills
- Amenable to work onsite
- Can start immediately
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for handling IT and non IT recruitment for clients in Philippines and Malaysia
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, shortlisting, negotiation, uploading applicants CVs, schedule interviews, offer
- Sourcing from job portals (monster, dice, career builder, job diva), marketing job posting on the job portal
- Responsible for achieving a good conversation ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Validation of resumes for expertise and verification of status
- Understand the requirements from the hiring
- To ensure the ideal source mix is maintained to be cost effective
- To be innovative and think out of the box to source & attract talent
- To have in depth understanding of the company & its policies to pitch correctly to the candidates
- Meeting clients requirement and focusing on 30 CV Selects in one month span on myglit.com
