Lead HR Operations. Drive SuccessFactors Excellence.
We’re looking for a SuccessFactors & HRO Team Lead to lead HR operations support, resolve complex SuccessFactors issues, and drive process improvements across HR technology and employee lifecycle processes.
What You’ll Do
Lead HR Operations and SAP SuccessFactors support activities.
Provide L2 support for Employee Central and SAP–SuccessFactors replication/integration issues.
Troubleshoot complex issues, conduct RCA, and implement corrective actions.
Support employee lifecycle and payroll-related HR operations.
Lead process transitions, knowledge transfer, documentation, and stabilization.
Develop process maps, SIPOC, RCA reports, and escalation trackers.
Generate and maintain SAP/SuccessFactors reports and dashboards.
Coordinate with HR, payroll, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
What You Bring
5–8 years of HR Operations and SuccessFactors experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Proven L2 support experience, particularly SAP–SuccessFactors replication/integration troubleshooting.
Good understanding of HR processes and payroll operations.
Experience in process transition and stabilization.
Strong knowledge of Process Mapping, SIPOC, RCA, and Escalation Management.
Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors reporting.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Shared services/BPO HR operations experience is an advantage.
SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred.
Must be comfortable working from Mumbai.
