The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain Team Lead / Operations Manager to manage SCM operations, team performance, client relationships, procurement activities and operational delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Supply Chain, Sourcing & Procurement operations.

• Lead, motivate and develop team members.

• Monitor delivery, quality, productivity and exception handling.

• Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication.

• Identify and mitigate operational risks.

• Oversee contract administration and day-to-day procurement activities.

• Ensure operational and business objectives are achieved.

• Conduct process training and employee assessments.

• Manage workflow, escalations and issue resolution.

• Support domestic and international suppliers/customers.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7+ years of SCM experience, preferably in Sourcing & Procurement.

• 4–8 years of overall relevant experience.

• Experience in team handling, operations management and performance monitoring.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes.

• Experience managing domestic and international suppliers/customers.

• Strong client relationship, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience in risk identification, contract administration and escalation management.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in B.Com, BMS, BBA, MBA or related field preferred.

• Willingness to work rotational/night shifts.
