Band: BPO3 (Team Lead)
Location: Bangalore – Thin Campus
Shift Timing: US Shift | 5:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST
Role Purpose
The Helpdesk Team Lead oversees HR helpdesk operations, ensuring service quality,
SLA compliance, and effective team performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily helpdesk operations and manage escalations
• Monitor SLA performance, quality metrics, and productivity
• Coach and mentor team members
• Prepare operational dashboards and management reports
**PAN and DOB is required to create employee profile in the database**
**Graduation is compulsory**
