About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage Sales Order Management operations within the Supply Chain domain. The role involves leading a team, driving SLA and KPI performance, managing client relationships, ensuring quality delivery, resolving escalations, and implementing continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
6–8 years of experience in Sales Order Management or Supply Chain Operations
Team Lead experience with people management and client handling
Strong knowledge of Sales Order Management and Order Entry processes
Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, quality, and operational performance
Good understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
