About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and analytical F&A Team Leader to manage a team of 15 to 20 financial analysts in the equities market domain. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations focused on corporate financials, broker estimates, and analyst data. The ideal candidate blends domain expertise in capital markets with strong people management skills, SLA delivery, and client relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operational Excellence:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 15–20 financial analysts, conducting regular performance reviews and driving high team motivation.
- Oversee production management, workload distribution, and real-time operational tracking.
- Monitor and drive client-defined SLAs, operational metrics, and internal performance thresholds to meet or exceed delivery standards.
- Analyze volume trends (peaks and valleys) to optimize resource planning and capacity utilization.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Participate in regular operational and client relationship calls to review delivery metrics.
- Compile, track, and act on customer feedback and performance reports in a timely manner.
Process Improvement & Quality Management:
- Identify operational bottlenecks and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Identify training gaps within the team and organize targeted functional or soft-skills development sessions.
- Lead key project implementations focused on boosting accuracy, productivity, and business efficiency.

Required Knowledge & Competencies

Domain Expertise: Strong exposure and working knowledge of the Equities Market, specifically company financial statements, financial modeling/data, and analyst/broker estimates.
Leadership Experience: 1 to 3 years of direct experience managing team performance, coaching analysts, and handling conflict resolution.
Analytical & Technical Skills: High analytical aptitude, strong execution skills with structured action plans, and proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Adaptability & Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
