Job Description
HIRING: TEAM LEADER – INTERNATIONAL COLLECTIONS
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 5–10 Years
Band: BPO 3/4
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team handling International B2B/B2C Voice Collections.
- Drive team performance, productivity, quality, and collection targets.
- Manage escalations, client disputes, and stakeholder communication.
- Analyze collection metrics, aging reports, and DSO.
- Conduct team coaching, training, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Improve collection strategies and ensure client-defined KPIs are met.
Requirements:
- Prior team-leading experience in International Voice Collections is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with 100% Work From Office and 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
