Role: Team Manager
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Experience: 3-4 years in team management (preferably in BPO/operations/case management)
Salary: Up to 9-11 LPA
Education: Graduation is compulsory
We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead a team of case management professionals in a fast-paced operational environment. The role involves driving team performance, ensuring service level objectives are met, handling escalations, and fostering continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily case progress, ensure timely updates, and maintain compliance with service level objectives.
- Act as an escalation point for complex cases and facilitate cross-functional collaboration for resolutions.
- Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, coach team members, and implement performance improvement plans when needed.
- Analyse performance data and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage workload distribution and staffing to meet operational demands.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain a strong customer-focused approach.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent analytical skills to track, interpret performance data, and generate reports.
- Experience in identifying operational issues and driving process improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer focus.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets and SLOs.
