Payment Follow-up
Accounts Receivable
Invoice Reconciliation
Dispute Resolution
Basic MS Excel
Customer Handling
Problem Solving
Job Responsibilities
Follow up with customers for overdue payments.
Handle payment and account-related queries.
Resolve invoice and payment disputes.
Coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain accounts and process payments.
Prepare basic Excel reports.
Eligibility
Prior International Voice Collections experience preferred.
Good spoken and written English.
Comfortable with night shifts and 100% WFO.
Immediate joiners only.
