Team Member – Spanish (BPO Collections)
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 1–3 Years
CTC: ₹6–7 LPA
Work Mode: 100% Work From Office
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls for payment collection on overdue invoices (B2B/B2C Collections).
Handle payment-related queries from the Accounts Payable team.
Perform account maintenance activities.
Coordinate with Billing, Originations, and other internal teams.
Process payment applications.
Handle disputes and ensure timely resolution.
Perform invoice reconciliation, including:
Credit Re-bills
Invoice Splitting
PO Changes
Adjustments as per process scope
Prepare basic Excel reports and analyze assigned inventory.
Complete daily operational tasks as per process requirements.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
1–3 years of International Voice experience in B2B/B2C Collections.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory.
Spanish language proficiency is mandatory.
Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
100% Work From Office (Gurgaon).
