Job title: Team Member – Talent Acquisition
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Member with 2–3 years of experience to support HR Operations and end-to-end recruitment activities for Blue-Collar hiring at a plant location.
The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing open positions, and ensuring timely hiring in line with agreed service levels, regulatory guidelines, and statutory requirements.
The role requires a strong understanding of the Blue-Collar hiring market and the ability to build eligible candidate pools through various sourcing channels. The candidate should be willing to travel to ITI institutes for candidate sourcing, pool creation, and hiring activities.
The ideal candidate should have good communication, analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in hiring NAPS, NATS, and temporary workforce will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Blue-Collar recruitment for plant location requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels and maintain an eligible candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and coordinate further selection stages.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage and track open positions with strong follow-up and recruitment rigor.
- Visit ITI institutes to create eligible candidate pools and support hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions in line with agreed SLAs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring-related reports.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable regulatory, statutory, and legal requirements.
- Handle candidate and stakeholder discussions professionally.
- Support hiring of NAPS / NATS and temporary workforce, where required.
- Use recruitment and business tools effectively to maintain accurate hiring information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the Blue-Collar hiring market.
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes including Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination, and Stakeholder Management.
- Strong ability to manage and follow up on multiple open positions.
- Willingness to travel to ITI institutes for sourcing and hiring activities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Experience in hiring NAPS / NATS / Temporary Workforce is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a customer-facing environment and handle diverse and sensitive activities professionally.
