Job Title : Team Member – Talent Acquisition
Role Purpose
This role supports the HR Operations team and is responsible for hiring Blue-Collar candidates for plant locations. The candidate will manage sourcing, screening, coordination with stakeholders, and timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit Blue-Collar candidates for plant locations.
Screen candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Manage multiple open positions and ensure timely closure.
Build eligible candidate pools through ITI institutes and other sourcing channels.
Travel to ITI institutes for candidate sourcing and hiring activities.
Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment data.
Ensure hiring is completed within agreed SLA and timelines.
Follow regulatory, statutory, and legal recruitment requirements.
Handle candidate and stakeholder discussions professionally.
Required Skills
Understanding of the Blue-Collar hiring market.
Knowledge of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment processes.
Sourcing and candidate screening.
Stakeholder coordination.
Open-position management.
Good analytical skills.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to travel for hiring activities.
Customer-facing experience.
Preferred / Added Advantage
Experience hiring NAPS workforce.
Experience hiring NATS workforce.
Experience hiring Temporary / Temp workforce.
Experience with plant / manufacturing recruitment.
