Job Title: Telecom Network Planning Associate – Ethernet Planning
Location: Hyderabad | Kolkata | Chennai

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated telecom professionals with strong communication skills and knowledge of network planning, customer delivery and telecom order management. The role supports enterprise customers through the end-to-end delivery of Ethernet and Fibre services while coordinating with customers, planners, engineers and other stakeholders.

Candidates with experience in FTTx, Ethernet provisioning, Fibre planning, network delivery, telecom operations or customer-facing telecom functions are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage telecom orders through the complete delivery lifecycle.
• Support Ethernet and Fibre service planning and delivery.
• Track orders across planning, survey, design, build, commissioning and activation stages.
• Communicate with customers regarding service delivery, appointments, milestones and installation readiness.
• Book and coordinate engineering visit appointments.
• Provide proactive customer updates throughout the order lifecycle.
• Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally.
• Coordinate with field engineers, planners, delivery teams, project managers and service managers.
• Identify delivery blockers, dependencies and risks and ensure timely escalation.
• Participate in customer governance calls and operational reviews.
• Provide concise technical and business updates to customers and leadership.
• Maintain accurate operational tracking and reporting using Excel and relevant systems.
• Support order orchestration and delivery assurance activities.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and ownership throughout the delivery process.

Experience & Education

• Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
• Any full-time graduate with relevant telecom experience may apply.
