Location - Open (PAN India)

7+ years of experience in Project Management for Business Process Outsourcing initiatives (locations, offshore, workforce changes)

• Coordinate programs/projects of selected transitions (opportunities or actual projects/programs) including change management

• Identify & analyze risks against project execution, propose and execute mitigation working closely with

• Manage end to end migration/ integration/ transition including preparation & maintenance of project plan, risk log, stakeholders

• Lead, track and ensure quality and completeness of knowledge transfer

• Resource planning Responsible for working with resource managers across the organization to request, confirm, and forecast resources / effort allocation

• Providing accurate and timely communication to both client, stakeholders and project team members

• Ensure that best practices are leveraged across the teams and track and report on progress on transitions against the agreed plan during transition phase

Skills required

• Excellent technical capabilities, strong communication skills, and effective project management abilities

• Strong presentation skills - including ability to lead workshops within the scope of transition projects,

• Strong proven client management skills, with the ability to facilitate and influence stakeholders,

• An ability to manage workload, with minimal direction, a self-starter with a strong sense of proactivity

• Strong analytical skills and attention to details

• Relevant experience in change management within large, high profile, high value, and complex transition programmes
