This role offers the opportunity to work with global stakeholders, coordinate learning initiatives, and contribute to world-class HR operations while utilizing your German language skills every day.

What You'll Do

As an HRO Learning & Development Associate, you'll support end-to-end learning administration and training operations for global HR services.

Learning & Development Operations

Support the complete Learning & Development administration process within the HRO environment.
Coordinate training schedules, learning events, and communications in both German and English.
Manage training nominations, enrollments, learning records, completion tracking, and training documentation.
Ensure training activities are completed accurately and within agreed service levels.

Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with managers, employees, vendors, trainers, and internal HR teams to ensure smooth learning delivery.
Respond to learner inquiries and provide timely support for training-related requests.
Maintain effective communication with global stakeholders in German and English.

Reporting & Process Management

Prepare and maintain training reports, dashboards, and learning records.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal quality standards and SLAs.
Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives within Learning Operations.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve learning administration processes and enhance service delivery.
Contribute to operational excellence through process improvements and knowledge sharing.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in:
- HR Operations (HRO)
- Learning & Development
- HR Shared Services
- Back-office Operations
- Learning Administration
Mandatory German language proficiency with B1 or B2 Certification.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
Good understanding of HR processes or Learning & Development operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including:
- Excel
- Word
- PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in HR Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS).
Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) or HR platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Willingness to work from the Bangalore office and support night or rotational shifts.
