Treasury & Cash Management – Lead
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 8–14 Years
ERP Proficiency: Oracle ERP / Oracle Treasury – Mandatory
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Treasury & Cash Management Lead to manage global treasury operations, liquidity management, cash forecasting, corporate banking relationships, and treasury risk controls.
The role will lead a team of treasury professionals, manage global cash positions and funding activities, strengthen banking relationships, and drive automation and process improvements using Oracle ERP / Oracle Treasury.
Key Responsibilities
1. Liquidity Management & Funding
Manage global cash positions across multiple currencies and ledgers.
Develop and execute cash and capital funding strategies.
Manage credit facilities, revolving debt, and commercial paper requirements.
Oversee global cash pooling, target balancing, and netting arrangements.
2. Team Leadership & Service Delivery
Lead, mentor, and develop treasury analysts and specialists.
Establish and monitor team KPIs and SLAs.
Ensure accurate cash reporting, payment authorization, and reconciliation.
Maintain business continuity through effective capacity planning and cross-training.
3. Cash Forecasting & Analytics
Develop and consolidate short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts.
Partner with FP&A and business teams on working capital and liquidity planning.
Perform Actual vs. Forecast variance analysis.
Present liquidity dashboards and recommendations to senior leadership.
4. Banking & Corporate Governance
Manage relationships with institutional banking partners.
Negotiate banking fees, credit facilities, and transaction costs.
Govern corporate bank account openings, closures, and signatory mandates.
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, FBAR, and applicable banking regulations.
5. Oracle ERP & Treasury Transformation
Act as the functional owner for Oracle Cash Management and Oracle Treasury.
Drive automation through bank connectivity, SWIFT, and standardized payment formats.
Lead UAT for Oracle upgrades, patches, and financial technology integrations.
Improve cash visibility and treasury workflow automation.
6. Risk Control & Financial Audit
Maintain a SOX-compliant treasury control framework.
Implement controls to mitigate fraud and banking-related risks.
Oversee treasury month-end activities including interest accruals, FX revaluations, and debt accounting.
Support internal and external audits.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
MBA, Master’s degree, CTP, CA, CPA, or CMA is highly desirable.
8+ years of corporate treasury and cash management experience.
2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP / Oracle Treasury.
Strong knowledge of cash forecasting, liquidity management, funding, and multi-currency accounting.
Experience with SWIFT, Fedwire, CHIPS, SEPA, and banking connectivity is an advantage.
Strong understanding of treasury controls, risk management, and financial audit.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
