URGENT – Collections Executive – Accounts Receivable (Gurgaon)

Job Summary

TCS is looking for Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Associates to join its international collections operations in Gurgaon. Candidates with previous international B2B or B2C voice collections experience will be responsible for managing outstanding receivables, following up on unpaid invoices, performing account reconciliations, and resolving payment disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts and ensure timely follow-up on overdue receivables.

• Make outbound calls to international customers for invoice collections.

• Handle payment and account-related queries professionally.

• Coordinate with billing, originations, and Accounts Payable teams.

• Investigate invoice discrepancies and resolve payment disputes.

• Process payment applications and account adjustments.

• Perform invoice reconciliation, including pre-bills, credit rebills, invoice splitting, and PO modifications.

• Maintain accurate collection records and prepare Excel-based reports.

• Ensure completion of daily collection activities and assigned targets.

Required Skills

• International B2B/B2C Collections experience.

• Accounts Receivable and invoice management knowledge.

• Strong verbal and written English communication.

• Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills.

• Dispute management and reconciliation knowledge.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Previous international voice process experience is mandatory.

• Comfortable with night shifts.
