German Language Processor Lead (HRO + German)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 8–10 Years
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced German Language Processor Lead (HRO + German) to lead end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) HR operations for global clients.
The role will be responsible for German-language HR support, employee lifecycle management, service delivery, team leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement. The candidate should have strong German communication skills (B2/C1 or higher) and experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday HCM, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Service Delivery
Lead Tier-1 and Tier-2 HR support for German-speaking employees.
Handle HR queries related to Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
Ensure timely resolution of HR tickets while meeting SLA, TAT, and quality targets.
Act as an escalation point for complex HR cases.
Guide and support HR Operations team members.
2. Hire-to-Retire (H2R) Operations
Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee data management, job changes, transfers, promotions, leave administration, and offboarding.
Ensure accurate processing of employee transactions in Workday HCM.
Maintain compliance with HR policies and process standards.
3. Learning & Development Operations
Lead learning administration activities across global business units.
Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and learning teams.
Monitor training completion, learning records, and learning processes.
Drive standardization and continuous improvement in Learning Operations.
4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Mentor, coach, and develop HR Operations team members.
Conduct quality reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and process training.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and Global HR teams.
Participate in governance meetings and client reviews.
5. Data Governance & Compliance
Ensure employee data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
Maintain compliance with GDPR, company policies, and data privacy regulations.
Monitor productivity, quality, SLA, and operational dashboards.
Support internal and external audits.
6. Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Support transition projects, process documentation, and knowledge management.
Drive operational excellence using Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
8–10 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Global Business Services.
German language proficiency at B2/C1 level or higher with strong English communication skills.
Strong experience in end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes.
Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms.
Experience supporting global or multinational clients.
Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience leading HR Operations/HRO teams.
Exposure to Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Learning Operations.
Knowledge of HR Shared Services and service delivery frameworks.
Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement certification is an advantage.
Workday HCM and/or Goethe German certification is preferred.
