Are you passionate about customer service and looking for an exciting opportunity with an international process? We are hiring Customer Service Associates to support customers through Voice and Webchat channels. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping customers, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Details

  • Location: Kolkata

  • Experience: 1–5 Years

  • Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days a Week)

  • Shift: Rotational Shifts 

  • Week Off: Rotational

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through Voice, Webchat, Email, and Messaging channels.

  • Resolve customer complaints, billing queries, service requests, and account-related issues.

  • Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.

  • Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems.

  • Support back-office activities whenever required.

  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout interactions.

  • Meet KPIs related to quality, customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution.

Eligibility

  • Graduate preferred (Undergraduates with relevant customer service experience may also be considered).

  • Minimum 15 years of regular education (10+2+3 preferred).

  • Comfortable working from the office and in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Experience in Customer Service, Voice Process, Webchat, Chat Support, or Email Support.

  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.

  • Good typing speed and computer proficiency.

  • Ability to multitask across calls, chats, emails, and back-office tasks.

  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.

  • Experience in International Voice, UK, Australian, Telecom, Utilities, or Customer Support processes is an added advantage.
