Customer Service Associate – International Voice (Banking & Cards)
Mumbai & Pune | Rotational 24x7 Shifts (US/Australia Hours) | Up to ₹7 LPA CTC
About the Role
Join a global leader’s vibrant voice operation supporting US and Australian banking and credit card customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound calls, turning everyday queries into positive, lasting impressions. Whether you’re clarifying a transaction, resolving a card issue, or guiding a customer through a digital service, your empathy, accuracy, and clear communication will define the experience. We’re hiring across Mumbai (US Voice) and Pune (International Voice) for immediate-start roles that reward performance with competitive pay and genuine career growth.
What You’ll Do
Handle a steady stream of inbound customer interactions—your availability will be near-zero, meaning you’ll be live and engaged throughout your shift.
Deliver first-contact resolution for banking and card-related queries, from account inquiries to transaction support, billing questions, and service requests.
Consistently meet SLAs for individual and team performance, focusing on key metrics: Customer Satisfaction (RSAT), Average Handle Time (AHT), and overall experience.
Quickly absorb product and process updates, applying feedback and corrective actions to prevent repeat issues.
Maintain accurate data entry and case documentation while navigating multiple systems seamlessly.
Adapt to a 24x7 environment aligned to US or Australian business hours—resilience and flexibility are second nature here.
What You’ll Bring
Communication Excellence: Strong English proficiency with a neutral accent—you articulate clearly, listen actively, and project professionalism even during challenging calls.
Customer Advocacy: A genuine passion for helping people, with the ability to de-escalate, empathize, and turn a dissatisfied caller into a loyal advocate.
Analytical & Technical Aptitude: Quick with Windows and computer tools; you can diagnose issues, apply logical solutions, and follow detailed work instructions.

Eligibility
Location Options:
Mumbai – US Voice Banking & Cards (Job Code: 412679)
Pune – International Voice (Job Code: 399558), open to candidates with experience in Banking, Travel, Healthcare, Collections, Ecommerce, Telecom, or Technical Services.
Education & Experience:
Graduate with 1–3 years of contact center experience, or
HSC (12th pass) with a minimum of 18 months and up to 3 years of relevant contact center experience.
Shifts: Full flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Notice Period: Candidates must be available to join at short notice.
