Job Title : US Health & Insurance Data Management Processor – HRO Operations

Job Description

We are hiring a US Health & Insurance Data Management Processor for HRO Operations. The role involves providing Health and Insurance Data Management support to Boeing and other stakeholders with a strong focus on employee data, accuracy, confidentiality, efficiency, and timely service delivery.

The candidate will be responsible for managing employee data and benefit transactions across platforms such as Workday, Alight TBA, HRMS, and Mercer. The role requires strong knowledge of US Health & Insurance benefits, Workday Hire-to-Retire activities, data validation, reporting, and adherence to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Health and Insurance employee data and transactions for the US region.
Handle Workday, Alight TBA, HRMS, and Mercer applications.
Process benefit transactions related to US Health Plans.
Manage Workday Hire-to-Retire activities.
Validate employee data for accuracy, data hygiene, and audit requirements.
Prepare and publish weekly and monthly transaction reports.
Ensure adherence to defined SLAs, deadlines, and quality standards.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling employee information.
Analyze and present data in a logical and structured manner.
Handle multiple tasks independently while maintaining proper due diligence.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Support pilot transitions and Knowledge Transfer activities when required.
Work collaboratively with teams and manage pressure during critical deadlines.
