Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Voice Process Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling US Voice Process operations and will be responsible for managing customer queries, complaints, and concerns via phone, email, or chat. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in English, and have the ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer queries, complaints, and concerns via phone, email, or chat
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Meeting or exceeding customer service targets and goals
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participating in training and development programs as required
Requirements:
- Prior experience in US Voice Process operations is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in the English language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have all relevant experience documents ready for verification
