Workflow Specialist – Transactional Procurement & Vendor Master
Location: Hyderabad, India | Work Setup: Onsite
Job Type: Full-time | Band: BPO 1/2 | Experience: 1–5 Years
Salary: 6–7 LPA
Role Overview
Support transactional procurement and vendor master operations. Ensure accurate processing of purchase requisitions, POs, vendor creation, and master data maintenance while meeting SLA, quality, and compliance standards.
1. Workflow Specialist – Transactional Procurement | Job ID: 417803
Key Responsibilities
- PO Management: Validate purchase requisitions and convert to POs. Verify approvals, documents, and checklists before dispatch
- Coordination: Follow up for approvals, manage PO confirmations, amendments, and expediting
- Stakeholder Support: Coordinate with buyers, requesters, and suppliers. Resolve queries and exceptions for smooth transactions
2. Workflow Specialist – Vendor Master | Job ID: 417804
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Data: Validate docs for vendor creation, modification, and maintenance. Ensure compliance before processing
- Master Records: Create, update, and maintain vendor master data with high accuracy and integrity
- Communication: Process amendments and share updates with stakeholders
Common Responsibilities – Both Roles
- Operations: Act as SPOC for requesters, suppliers, buyers. Communicate via email/phone, resolve issues, provide status updates
- Reporting & Compliance: Generate reports, monitor workflow queues, escalate risks/bottlenecks, ensure policy and SLA adherence
- Performance: Maintain TAT, quality, accuracy, and minimize errors
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–5 years in Transactional Procurement and/or Vendor Master Management
- Tools: ERP knowledge, preferably SAP. Proficient in MS Office & reporting tools
- Competencies: Strong verbal & written English, Analytical & problem-solving, Attention to detail, Stakeholder management, Teamwork, Multi-tasking & deadline driven

Timely & accurate transactions, High data quality & compliance, SLA/TAT achievement, Stakeholder satisfaction, Minimal errors
