Job Title

Description

We are hiring an Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst – Japanese Speaker for our Petaling Jaya, Malaysia office. We are looking for finance professionals with 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience and business-level Japanese language proficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience in invoice processing, vendor payments, SAP/ERP systems, account reconciliation, month-end closing, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and KPIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or equivalent.
Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA are an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Transactional Accounting.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Experience with SAP or other ERP/Accounting systems.
Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, invoice processing, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
