Job Overview
Our client is a technology-enabled services company specializing in customer engagement and improved business performance. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the point of contact for all inquiries about the client's products and services, greeting customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
Job Requirements
* Educational qualification: SPM and above
* Must be able to speak Mandarin and English fluently
* A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with an airline eg ticketing, booking
* Call center experience is an advantage
* Able to work in KL Sentral
* Able to handle a 24H/7 rotational shift
