Associate Customer Support – Japanese Language Specialist
Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
Experience: Open (Fresh graduates welcome; prior eCommerce experience preferred)
Language Requirement: Native Japanese speakers or JLPT N1 certified (JLPT N2 not acceptable)
Salary Range: RM 8,000 – RM 10,000 basic (depending on CS experience) + RM 500 transportation allowance + shift allowance
Work Mode: Full-time, office-based
Shifts: Rotational (Morning & Afternoon) – 8AM–5PM / 9AM–6PM / 1PM–10PM / 3PM–12AM MYT
Position Summary
Handle live customer contacts, resolve queries effectively, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle phone calls and resolve customer queries.
Escalate priority issues per client specifications
Provide inputs on process changes and best practices.
Stay updated with new process changes and updates.
Maintain exemplary attendance and punctuality.
Perform ad-hoc responsibilities as designated by the supervisor.
Key Deliverables (KRA)
Deliver exemplary customer satisfaction.
Meet quality standards on all handled contacts.
Maintain 9 hours of staffed time on rostered days.
Achieve KPI targets within agreed limits.
Applicant Specifications & Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills in Japanese.
Passionate about customer service with high levels of customer obsession.
Open to rotational and night shifts.
College or vocational school graduates, or comparable work experience.
Education Requirements:
High School Graduate: 7–8 years of work experience required.
Vocational College Graduate: 4–5 years of work experience required.
University Graduate (or graduating in 2026): No prior work experience required.
Hiring Process
Complete 2 assessments (JP LAT + Typing test).
Provide screenshot of typing test score (Japanese typing test link).
RMG pre-screening.
Operations round (1–2 rounds)
Visa & Relocation Support
Visa processing timeline: 3–4 mon
ths post-selection.
For expats: Employment visa, one-way flight ticket, and 1-week hotel accommodation reimbursed.
