Location:Cyberjaya, Malaysia | *Work Mode:* Full-time, Onsite

Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: RM 8,000 – RM 10,000 depending on CS experience
- Allowances: RM 500 Transportation Allowance + Shift Allowance for afternoon shifts
- Full-time office mode | 9 hours staffed time per rostered day
- Shift Timings: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM MYT
- Visa support provided for eligible candidates
- For expats: 1-way flight ticket + 1 week hotel accommodation reimbursed after joining
*Job Description*
Handle live customer contacts via phone and provide accurate solutions to queries. Escalate priority issues, maintain quality standards, and meet KPI targets. Support process improvements and stay updated with changes.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and resolve queries
- Escalate issues per client specifications
- Maintain exemplary attendance, punctuality, and 9 hours staffed time
- Meet quality and KPI targets on all handled contacts
- Provide inputs on process changes and best practices
*Requirements*
- *Language:* Native Japanese speakers OR JLPT N1 certified. JLPT N2 not accepted
- *Education:*
- High School Graduate: 7–8 years relevant experience
- Vocational College Graduate: 4–5 years relevant experience
- University Graduate/2026 Graduates: No experience required
- *Skills:* Excellent customer service, verbal communication in Japanese, customer obsession
- *Shift:* Open to rotational and afternoon/night shifts
- *Experience:* No experience required. E-commerce CS experience preferred
*Assessments Required*
1. JP LAT – Answer sheet will be provided

Hiring Process

3. Operations Interview: 1-2 rounds onsite in Cyberjaya
